“I make visual memoirs of my life” LvF
My art journey is a very recent one, having been drawn to the art world after the passing of the most important person in my life. I want to remain close to her every day and want her to know what I’m thinking, for which my art is the vessel.
My version of POP ART uses a mix of photography and montage and is merely a reflection of my day-to-day thoughts, beliefs of what goes on in my mind, as well as my perception of the world around me.
Portraits of influencers and political abominations, in conjunction with my deepest thoughts, form the underlining narrative used throughout my past & ongoing work.
My beliefs are strong and straightforward and a lot of my work is very personal as I am sharing parts of my life diary with the audience.
